How to use

Before use, shake the roller and then apply it to the sensitive area (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet,…), 3 times a day. The roller ball is ideal for self-massage of localized areas. To be completed with a manual massage, if necessary, in this case, wash hands after use.
