Celine DS is a non-hormonal, once-daily sachet food supplement developed to support fertility in women with Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) who are trying to conceive. It combines Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro-Inositol, Choline, Melatonin, Chromium and MTHF (the active form of folic acid) to act on key drivers of PMOS-related subfertility: it supports insulin sensitivity and ovulatory function, protects oocyte quality through its antioxidant action, and supports early fetal neurodevelopment.

Myoinositol acts as a potent insulin sensitizer, improving glucose uptake and restoring insulin receptor function. It plays a key role in enhancing ovarian activity, promoting oocyte maturation, and improving egg quality.

D-Chiro-Inositol mediates insulin-dependent glycogen synthesis, helping the body store glucose in muscle, liver and fat tissue.

Chromium enhances insulin receptor signalling, increasing the response of cells to insulin. maintains normal blood glucose levels, reinforcing the insulin-sensitising action of the inositols.

Melatonin helps protect the oocyte during maturation and ovulation, supporting oocyte quality.

L-Methylfolate is essential for DNA synthesis and cell division, contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and to normal homocysteine metabolism, and supports normal development of the neural tube in the developing baby.

Choline supports early fetal brain and neural development.
